BASIC FACTS: The citizen in this case was arrested after he was stopped
and seized in a DWI roadblock. He was subjected
to the sidewalk gymnastics known as “field sobriety tests”, arrested, and
dragged into a “DWI Command Vehicle”, a $500,000.00 (a half million dollar)
gizmo. Apparently the economy is still
good enough for half-million dollar items like this one. The citizen received his alleged breath
alcohol results from a breath testing gadget inside the DWI Bat-mobile. The
citizen also received a suspension action notice from the New Hampshire DMV

RESULT: ADMINISTRATIVE
LICENSE SUSPENSION DISMISSED!!! The citizen’s
right to drive was restored immediately.
He did not suffer the 180 day administrative suspension that the state
sought to impose on him.
Attorney Stevens thanks God for this successful
defense!!!
